If a 0 rating could be given that is what I would give. Very disappointed in this doctor and clinic. obviously over books first clue is when you have a booked appointment for 5 pm and you get out of the office at 10:45pm not to mention with a diabetic 80 year old. she may be good at what she does but her personality especially to the elderly is something else. her tone used to patients is horrible you are left not wanting to go back even though you have to . If ever referred to this clinic again i would refuse.
nice to have parking on the premises and i am okay with paying for parking as long as it is controlled they take the five dollars but there is no indication on your car that you have paid for it nor is there anyone monitoring the parking lot to make sure everyone is paying. at least get parking gates if this is what you need to do.
when leaving the building at 10:45pm was not allowed to take my 80 year old parent through the back door safely to the parking lot instead we had to go out the front and walk around in an unsafe area to our car. exceptions should be made for the elderly. sure you can go get the car and bring it to the front but who wants to go around a building alone at that time of the night

If you do have to book with this doctor make sure you pack food, beverage and perhaps a pilow and blanket for comfort. it is a very uncomfortable long visit. our second visit was better it was four hours instead of six. She makes her own schedule so its obvious that double or triple booking is done. worst clinic i have ever been in
