Feemas Ehamparann was very thorough and extremely helpful. He replaced humidifier filter which I was very grateful as I didn’t know how. He also checked batteries in thermostat and replaced them for me. Great technician

I booked my annual furnace maintenance with enercare for November 13,2023 and I received a call from Kayley W who said she will arrive in 5 minutes. upon arrival she introduced herself and immediately asked to see the thermostat and she said that I need to replace the batteries which she did. she proceeded to the furnace and did the maintenance in a very professional way . She replaced the filter which was really dirty .I am very pleased with Kayley's work and highly recommend her as a very knowledgeable and proficient technician whom I would not hestitate to recommend
