I booked my annual furnace maintenance with enercare for November 13,2023 and I received a call from Kayley W who said she will arrive in 5 minutes. upon arrival she introduced herself and immediately asked to see the thermostat and she said that I need to replace the batteries which she did. she proceeded to the furnace and did the maintenance in a very professional way . She replaced the filter which was really dirty .I am very pleased with Kayley's work and highly recommend her as a very knowledgeable and proficient technician whom I would not hestitate to recommend

Brandon and Jordan replace my hot water tank with 3 hours of the first initial call for repair.
These two fine young men are very professional and informative with the installation and operation of the new updated water tank. They were very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend their service. Both also represented Enbridge remarkably with their professionalism and they truly are an asset to the company...Sincerely Chris Buckley.
