This is a great place if you are interested in achieving healthy weight loss. I lost 22lbs during their 12 weeks bootcamp. What you put in is what you get out of it. They really focus on your form to ensure you get the most out of the workouts and stay injury free. They also push you to challenge yourself and provide guidance on sustainable healthy eating habits. The workouts were challenging and diverse so I wasn’t bored. I would definitely recommend Evolution Fitness.
