Reviews of Hero Outdoors in Oshawa

been trying to get a hold of this business (by phone, email, facebook) to get refunded for the past 12 months for back-order items, I have yet to received an answer in the last 3 months. Is this business still in operation? if it is I expect a complete refund within 30 days of this notice. Moreover, a claim was filed on this day with the Better Business Bureau® of central ontario. Next step, I shall file a motion with the Ontario Small Claims Court for default of payment and breach of contract. Never had such a miserable customer service

Ordered nov 28th 2021, as of Feb 19th 2022 almost 3 months later I still have not recieved my order, I emailed after the 20 days as per their info on their website then got a response saying there was border issues and to expect it to be shipped in the upcoming days. Fast forward another 2 months no answers to multiple emails, phone calls, tried messaging their fb page, NOTHING. Terrible terrible. Definitely learned to read reviews before ordering from anywhere else again. Still currently waiting for a response just a nightmare never again.

I have ordered from Hero Outdoors before with no issues we are now Feb.11th and I am still waiting for my product I ordered. The customer service has been non existent as of lately literally have sent multiple messages and got 2 replies with the most recent on Feb 8th stating my product was with customs and should be here soon.....still waiting, crazy that this is happening nearly impossible to reach them and I have too resort to this because they have taken my money for a product I'm waiting over a month now to be "fullfilled". Hopefully this kick starts something because I'm literally tired of trying to reach out too them.
