Beware: They want your money, but not your children.
They enjoy making up or changing the onset of illnesses so they don't have to watch your child, though they still expect full pay. My child gets ill every time he's there for a few days, and the staff then won't let him return for weeks at a time. They make far more money from me for not watching my child than they do watching him.
When I tell them they have the details wrong, they tell me I'm yelling at them and hang up the phone. I have an easier time dealing with my autistic 4 year old.
