I had an absolutely dreadful experience with MULU Jewelry Store. Not only did they completely botch the design of my engagement ring, but their customer service was atrocious. The staff showed no interest in resolving the issue and seemed utterly indifferent to my concerns. To make matters worse, the manager's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. I would strongly advise against ever setting foot in this store if you value quality, professionalism, and basic human decency.

They don’t even respond to Emails with complaints
Products are very poor quality and when something happens they will show it as it’s ur mistake ,
But their employees say u will get respond in 30 min for ur emails
Don’t waste ur money here

Great store with a large selection of unique pieces. Dealt with Wafaa at Square 1 location, and got excellent service. She came through with a custom order 2days before Christmas.

P.s. And the jewelry box, next level. It lit up her life! 😉
