I had a stone chip that turned into a crack fairly quickly, from my driver's side into the middle of the windsheild. I called 4 separate places, and this place was the least quote and the nicest when answering my questions (a $200 difference from one shop!!!). They got me in within 48 hours of my phonecall. The people in this shop are amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Frank (the owner) if very sweet. Johnny Rocket, who fixed my windsheild - is one of the smartest car guys I have ever met - and very nice and kind to talk to. Cars are his passion, and it shows. I feel bad that I have forgotten the name of the woman from the front desk, but she was a joy to talk to, and kept me in conversation while I waited for my window to be fixed. All the customers who came in, who I chatted with - had multiple cars come in to be fixed, and were all super happy with the service: which is why they keep coming back years later. I'm so happy that this place was recommended by 3 separate people to me. I will continue to come here and give recommendations for this shop for years to come. Beyond 5 stars!!!
