After using these guys for years I took a jacket and three expensive shirts for work that I needed tailored. The owner measured me and took my jacket and one of the shirts. The order was supposed to be done in 4 days, I would get my jacket and try on the first shirt in case corrections were needed. A week later I came and the husband wasn't there. The wife gave me my shirt to try it on and I couldn't even do it up, barely fit it over my arms. I then found the husband who does the alterations took an impromptu holiday and would be gone for weeks. She wouldn't even admit the mistake, trying to tell me the shirts were different sizes. Unbelievable. So, I have a ruined shirt, 2 unaltered shirts and an unaltered jacket and most importantly I've lost week as I am travelling for work soon. You won't receive and further business from me and I'll tell everyone I meet to avoid you like the plague.
