Reviews of Ace Asphalt Maintenance in Ottawa

I had crack/asphalt sealing performed on my driveway in Gloucester. As usual I was told to stay off it for 24 hours which I did.

However, two weeks later I had a pieces of wood on my driveway. To my surprise, when removing the wood, one of the pieces had stuck to the crack sealant. When the wood was removed some of the asphalt raised with it, causing cracks (see attached picture of result).

I was told the service came with a two year warranty so I emailed Ace regarding possible work done for this issue. Two weeks and a follow-up email later I have received no response.
