We had an awesome overall experience buying a vehicle at Ammex Fine Auto. We found a Dodge Caravan Crew Plus on CarGurus, located at Ammex Fine Auto. Hassan, the manager, responded immediately to our inquiry. When we arrived to look at the van, they welcomed us, and let us look at the van alone, with no pressure! Eventually, Bashar came out to answer any questions that we had. We were able to take the van for a test drive at highway speeds. When we decided to buy it, the price was very reasonable, and a warranty was also available.
After purchasing the vehicle, Hassan made extra efforts resolve an issue that we discovered. Unnoticed by them or us till we got home and converted the back Stow-N-Go seat to the down position, one of the floor panels had a patch of dried paint on the carpet. Hassan and Bashar were hands-on with cleaning materials and a lot of “elbow grease” to clean the affected area to our satisfaction!
Hassan is very friendly and fair, with a good sense of humor. He wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. We will maintain our great relationship with Ammex Fine Auto as customers.
