I went last November 2013 to have my teeth cleaned. I was seen promptly by an excellent hygienist and Dr. Gholizadeh is excellent.

I went to Elmvale dental last year 2013 for a cleaning. A woman named Y***** did the work and she was ok and caused very little pain after i told her it hurt. I returned Aug. 2014 for another cleaning. A untrained young woman (I******) brutally mauled my teeth. She was rude from the moment she sat me down, i asked more than 5 times to go easy as she was causing me massive pain. My complaints only increase her laughter at me and she increasec the pain i was expriencing. Finally 15 minites into my cleaning she got angry that i was feeling pain and walked out completley on me. I was stunned. I have never seen such overt lack of professionalism. She kept reminding me while damaging my teeth that if only i had come in twice more in the previous year she wouldnt have to be so rough. She was rude and dismissive towards me. For 15 brutal minutes i was handled by a untrained, unprofessional sadistic person. There are many dentists in the ottawa area. I have taken my time here to warn you of the horrible service you will receive at the hands of "i*******". If you want painful rude service visit elmvale dental at 1910 st. Laurent in ottawa.
