Reviews of Camco Acura in Ottawa

Very bad customer service and dishonest staff. Sold me a used car online saying in had never been in an accident and was in excellent condition. I received the car and was shocked at the condition. I had to spend over $2000 to get areas of the car repainted and found out it has been in at least on and likely more accidents. Reached out to Camco Acura for help and was rudely told I was on my own and Jake, the sales rep hung up on me. The sales manager never replied to any on the many emails I sent. They are a very shady dishonest dealer.

Service work is not backed up. I had to return many times for the same issue and never did get satisfaction and paid $$$ each time. They believe they can treat the customers poorly because they are the only Acura dealer in Ottawa and Acura owners have no where else to go. Wrong, any Honda dealership can perform the same service (for considerably less). Be very careful and do your home work before talking to the service department. They will take advantage of un-suspecting customers. They use high pressure "used car techniques to confuse, manipulate and mislead you.
