The owner, a renowned cardiologist displays intense respect for the client, shares his in-depth clinical knowledge with clarity and displays kindness and compassion. These values are transmitted to all staff - from the initial contact by the efficient booking clerks, the warm welcome by the receptionists and the competence of the technologists. Of great importance, all tests are done as quickly as possible while sharing the workload with the Kanata Centre and the results are reviewed with the client by the cardiologist as required. The backbone of this well-run centre is the manager, Melanie. She articulates the Centre's mission with exemplary leadership and great public relations skills, always attempting to provide the best of service to every client as if (in her own words) " it was one of my own family". I am indebted to the cardiologist who is serving me extremely well, and to the many staff for their exemplary assistance to me in facing a medical challenge. Thank you.
