Reviews of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse in Ottawa

Terrible experience. We purchased pair of shoes Saturday evening before closure, brought them back following Sunday after opening (my friend changed her mind), and salesperson gave as quite a lecture saying "back of these shoes definitely worn quite a bit, anyone can see it" despite time-stamps on the receipt. "I may NOT be able to give you money back, just a store card", "I'll go see my manager", etc. Eventually she got back and said with a sad face " THIS TIME ONLY I will return your money, but only this time". Of course, there were no apologies for the unnecessary circus. I had to reply "Not to worry, I'll never shop here again". It's laughable.
