I had no hot water because of a technical problem with the hot water tank. Dylan Burry, the service technician, came and inspected the tank and explained everything that needed to be done in terms of replacing the hot water tank. He was thorough in documenting the issue and very patiently answered all my questions, and had a service call scheduled for the next day, so I will not be without hot water. Was much apprciated
