My experience with Susan Boudreau was terrible. I came to get a full makeover (long hair, no more colour left), I received a haircut and a full head highlights. This was the most expensive visit and a complete disappointment. When I came home, there was no reaction from anybody, none of my friends noticed any change in my “new” hair also. I cried. I should’ve returned and complained, but she was also intimidating and I did not feel emotionally strong enough to face her again. I still can not believe this really happened to me. Worse hair-makeover of my whole life!
