So continuing from my previous thread. I told my agent Mona Qita, to stop my mortgage application since she has now hit my score twice and she has also not been able to address my other queries.
She sent an reply after three days of me following up(reduced text): “its not an double hit, any lender would do this. Anyways you should not wait to buy the house in this range and you can be okay with a house in the range we are offering you as market is not going to slow down and your score did not go down because of me but because of yourself”
Till this time she has hit both my and my husbands score twice and we are still in excellent category. And she is telling me that due to lack of employment stability its like this. Which obviously should have reflected by now on our credit score. I was furious at this point. So below is the ending conversation.

Me to Mona: You don’t have to tell us what we can find or not. Please be polite with ur customers and explain well before hit their credit for no use … all the best to u with it.
Mona to me: And also I was working really hard to get you approved for xxxk and I managed to get it done but with your attitude I would rather not deal with customers like you. Good luck with everything else.
Mona to me a day before: Hi Shipra Don't think we can get more than xxxk.. the lack of stability in employment

Whether its lack of trust or competence, I’m utterly disappointed.
