I decided to transfer my medication to La Columbe after discovering they offered a lower price. During my first visit, I unknowingly entered without a mask, and the pharmacist explained the policy, asking me to put one on.While I made a mental note about doing so on my next visit, her raised voice and insistence when I hesitated caught me off guard. Despite observing the mask policy being selectively enforced and the pharmacist's inconsistent demeanor, I continued using their services. However, when I needed the pharmacist to request refills, she communicated through an employee rather than speak to me directly and also never followed up on the status. The lack of professional and reliable customer service has led me to take my business elsewhere.
