Reviews of Low Murchison Radnoff LLP in Ottawa

I am very disappointed in this law firm. I am Power of Attorney for one of the beneficiaries of an estate this law firm is processing. While we know an estate takes time, they, acting for the trustee have a fiduciary responsibility to update the beneficiaries on a regular basis. We got word at the end of August 2023 that the estate is in a position to disburse the interim settlement to the beneficiaries. It was to be sent to the trustees to review and then proceed. We were told we would be updated within a week. Since the end of August we have had no communication or update of any sort. I have emailed the lawyer processing the estate, I have emailed the lawyer who was named one of the trustees, I have emailed the other trustee. NOTHING. I feel this law firm is very unprofessional at how it communicates to people. Reading their story and it says, "It’s this dedication that has made us one of Ottawa’s most respected law firm", is not true in this case. So disappointed in their service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt Brown from this firm. He was very thorough in his work and did it with pride. Matt was always happily at his desk at work and was always accessible. This is a rare thing these days for sure. I will definitely use Matt Brown of Low Murchison Radnoff for any future legal work I have. Thank you Matt!!
