Landlord threatened numerous tenants with eviction during the height of the pandemic and posted signs in the building indicating that tenants were expected to apply for government assistance in order to pay their rent if they were not working due to lockdowns.

Many units have incredibly old appliances that have not been changed or replaced in years.

Superintendent's wife is very nosey and rude. She would yell at tenants for minor discretions that weren't even listed on the lease as not being allowed.

Not recommended to anyone who wants to left alone by building management.
