I do not recommend, maintenance has entered our unit without permission and has even unplugged our doggy camera while in our unit, doing god knows what. Beyond that, the building is run downed and don't even think about getting any help or answers from administration. Water being turned off is pretty much a monthly occurrence now as well.

Bugs! The pool is a lie. They advertise it, but it has been closed for over 2 years.

Overpriced (especially in current market. You can rent a 2 or 3 bedroom HOUSE for slightly more than a one bedroom apartment here.

Management is rude and adversarial. Landlords neglect their responsibilities. They WILL sacrifice your health and safety to save a buck for themselves.

Poor parking situation. Not accessible.

They increase rent EVERY YEAR with no justification.
