Worst property management company there is anything they manage I would stay far away from. Norean Harris is extremely rude, speaks down toward you like she knows everything. Paying 400$ a month in condo fees for this joke of a company to do absolutely nothing but make everything harder asking permission to do anything to your place to make it look nicer when they would rather have it looking like a dump like 80% of the other condos that are just renters that don’t care about the property or how it looks. If I could give negative stars I would because of how Norean specifically handles her “clients” she clearly gets paid to do absolutely nothing but arbitrarily tell you that you have to ask permission for anything and then when you ask she makes sure it’s denied with absolutely no reasoning or rationale. Everything they do is as cheap as possible and many in the neighborhood complain about the management of the condos every single person I have spoken to has nothing good to say at all about Norean or PMA. Can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

PMA is the worst company we ever dealt with.
Charged us money when we already prohibited them from doing any withdrawings from our account. We have been to so many places and dealt with many landlords, but PMA was the worst of the worst. It's extremely unpleasant to deal with this company in regards to any issues (repairs etc). Definitely the worst.

PMA turned out to be the worst of the worst
From the very start it was a nightmare to deal with them in regards to some repairs
Some repairs were never made, so I did it by myself.

Eventually the apartment became inhabitable as it was built so bad that drug smell from people near by was coming inside at nights from everywhere
It greatly undermined my health and I had to leave. I left to PMA the deposit for 1 month ahead and cleaned the apartment well.
We asked PMA to stop any withdraws from our bank account.
Later PMA still charged money from our bank account, which makes them the worst company I have ever met
They didn't have the right to do so, because they were prohibited in writing to charge anything.
Thank God I knew what this company is and I made some precautions, so we recovered our money back the same day.
No other landlord ever tried to take money from us when we already left, in addition we left from the apartment that was completely inhabitable
I dealt with about 20 different landlords (in different countries) I often had to solve some issues like repairs, termination of lease and etc,
and every time I could find the common language and reach an agreement very quickly. As I always was adequate and polite.

But with PMA it was totally different, it was a nightmare to solve any issues with them, it is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.
