These guys are unreliable. There's a bedbug infestation in our building which has spread to my unit. They did a quick inspection, didn't find anything, next thing you know, bedbugs are on our couch and in the bed and pillows. They sprayed, but we still had active bedbugs 2 weeks later. Other companies will come and spray for free again if you see them after a week and a half. Unfortunately, our management is set on using this company.
They came to inspect again. By this time I've spent a thousand dollars of my own money to prevent them from getting worse. Encased everything. Bagged and binned everything. Emptied all cabinets etc. We have traps and inceptors. Even bought a steamer to kill them with the heat. Regionex dude came out to inspect again, said he needed to find a live one to spray again. He berated us for making his job harder by being so vigilent (his words) in that he couldn't find a live one, but he's checking the fully encased bedding we've made an island. We showed him picture and video evidence of live activity from 2 days before, he kept saying he needed to find a live one. He didn't, but of course we did because these people don't check the dark crevices on the ground where bedbugs hide. We also have complete carpeting, so God only knows if they're under there. This time I have the bug taped and sealed so they can't be dismissive.
All to say, this company doesn't inspect thoroughly, your word is not enough, there's no care or respect to the fact it's your home and safe place.
They spray, but there's no follow up pinpointing where the bedbugs are coming in from. Other companies will find the point of entry, will spray, and even heat treat furniture. Apparently, the unit that's had the bed bugs initially has been sprayed several times by Regionex. The tenants below me who were directly beside that unit were also sprayed by them, but to no avail. They eventually moved out.
Save your time, money, and mental health and go with a different company instead.
