They are very rude to their clients/patients.
They don't treat their aptients with dignity. Avoid this hospital like a plague. RUN AWAY !!!

They are the worst animal hospital in Ottawa. theya re the most expensive animal hospital in Ottawa too.

i am so seriously disgusted. i’ve been here for almost 9 hours to get urinary samples. URINARY SAMPLES. i still don’t have my cats back. i’m typing this from the parking lot in full tears. we got here at 1am and they told us at 6 one of my cats needed to be sedated for his sample and at 8 we asked for an update and they said they were sedating him now. it’s 9:14 and they said he was JUST sedated. i honestly don’t know if i can believe that. i will never be coming back and i would warn anyone who’s considering coming to go literally anywhere else. i cant imagine how stressed they must be. it’s been 8 hours of them being alone and uncomfortable. shame on you.
