Not recommended. Had a terrible experience with this business and specifically the owner. They attack their customers and “blame” them for issues, the same defensive tone that comes through some of these responses to online reviews - they have no idea what customer service is. My husband was verbally attacked by the owner who in the end said, “well, maybe we don’t want your business- we’ve got lots of work here, and don’t need it.” What happened was, we brought our car in, received an estimate (verbally and never in writing or by email, like they say in another online response, despite being asked). We called and gave the green light to go ahead with the work. The woman on the phone says ok we’ll set you up. And we never heard back and we waited, knowing parts were hard to get and assuming they’d be in touch. Three months, yes 3 months, pass and my husband goes in to check on progress, to learn there was no record and the work wasn’t started. Our car was left in their back lot rotting away while no one initiated the work. My husband gets referred to the owner and manager and then gets told it’s on us for not completing the paperwork. Hilarious. They offered a cash job btw ;) and said nothing about signing paperwork. Then the owner and my husband verbally get into it where the owner is aggressive, angry and blaming us for the issue and closes with “maybe we don’t want your business”. Next day, we decide we can’t continue a business relationship after being treated like that. We pick up our dismantled and unrepaired car with now a dead battery. They try to charge for storage (unbelievable since apparently we didn’t exist and we never needed storage), 1 hour work for estimate and our tow. This is said by the woman who didn’t initiate our paperwork to commence the job btw. We pay for 1 hour work and tow, just to part ways and to end this tragic ordeal. Worst business experience ever. They’re right, they don’t need our business - so they treat clients like garbage. Miscommunication happens, but we were treated poorly in this exchange with the owner, no professionalism about the situation, no restoration, no taking responsibility, no customer service. The manager attempted to diffuse, too little, too late. But in the end, maybe they have no record of us and are defensive because they know cash jobs are tax fraud. I’m sharing our experience so that potential future clients can know how they’ll be treated by Nadueau’s.
