Reviews of Proscape Enterprises Inc in Pierrefonds

In 2011 we employed the services of Proscape Enterprises Inc. to replace our back and side yard fencing with a pressure treated pine fence with a double main entry gate and two single side access gates, along with the installation of a large, raised pressure treated pine deck with two privacy screens, granting access to the front, side and back yards.
I am extremely pleased to state that after eleven years and minimal maintenance (restained in 2022), the fencing, deck, stairs and railings are as pristine today as they were at the time of installation. This speaks volumes as to the quality of the installation and materials employed.
I also had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Real on two occasions following the initial installation, my minor concerns were immediately addressed and at no additional cost.
In this day and age, it is extremely rare to deal with a company that takes pride in a job well done and stands behind its product with an excellent after sale service that, in my opinion, goes above and beyond. Hats off to Real and his crew of professionals.

Proscape redid a deck in mid-June 2022. Chose them partly based on the good reviews online. Sadly, they have not provided the high-quality work they promised. They never visited the work site during construction to verify the quality of the work being done. Before making my second and final payment I showed them my concerns regarding some cracked boards and other issues. They only agreed to redo some of the cracked and unevenly cut railings on the two visible/exposed sides of the deck (imagine various railings of different length!). As for the other concerns I showed them, they repeatedly reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, only days after installation, some of the cracks on the boards (deck and stairs) began showing even more pronounced cracks to the point that some boards have literally split in two in their entire length. I contacted them mid-July to explain that I was concerned that some of the boards had now completely cracked in two, in their entire length, from end to end. I sent a detailed e-mail along with pictures taken during the construction and since, spoke to Wendy. She agreed to have Real come by on the following Monday (as they don't work on weekends). But, instead of a visit, I received an e-mail saying that they would not be coming and that based on the pictures they believe that the damages I showed them are normal and therefore they don't need to see the deck in person and will not be making any repairs. I regret trusting this company with my hard earned money. I have had to get third parties involved to help find a resolution. They have ruined what should have been a peaceful summer and provided a product that is unsafe. Any attempt to explain what is wrong with the project was meant with disregard (we are the experts, not you, we have 30 years experience , not you, we don’t need to see the deck to assess problems). Despite correspondence and pictures, everything the client says is false and everything they say is correct. Please think carefully before you hire them and trust them with your hard earned money.

We are loyal and repeat customers of Proscape. We got our fences installed by them 4 years ago and a beautiful 2 level composite deck this year with a built in spa.

Wendy, is one of the most patient and pleasant individuals I have ever met. She took so much time to plan our projects with us , evaluating every material and style trying to respect our taste and budget. She even came light shopping with us.
Réal who is in charge of executing work on site is super meticulous and his attention to every detail of every project is beyond this world! He’s simply lovely and so kind!
Last but not least, the gentlemen working with them are all extremely kind, professional and helpful.
