Reviews of Medequip in Pointe-Claire

I have bought several products from this company over the years, with no issues. Recently, however, I needed their help with installing a grab bar in the shower. I did not buy the grab bar at Mediquip so they refused, several times, to let their service person install this for me. I am a senior, with mobility and balance issues, and absolutely am at a loss for how to get this bar installed. Feel very let down that Mediquip could not aid me in my quest. Very disappointed.

I went in to Medequip to get some supplies for my bag that I am wearing for the forseeable future. Stoma bag I believe it is called.The two ladies were very helpful as the list of supplies I was given from the hospital did not have any codes to work with.They were patient and helped me to track down a lot of the supplies I needed before I got the codes from the hospital.Also they will have the supplies in stock when I order again.Very professional and helpful. 5 stars
