Reviews of Statcare Emergency Clinic in Pointe-Claire

Is this a joke??????? They say call for an appointment and all you get is "All our lines are busy, call back later." I have had no family doctor for two years because mine has retired and I'm stuck in a system that never replies to phone calls!

Their system sucks as does the whole Canadian or at least Quebec medical system. It's like they are mocking people. How is Statcare a walk-in clinic if you need an appointment to go there? Called for the appointment literally 100 time starting 7 AM and a message was playing: "due to the high number of calls please wait to be transferred to leave voice message" and then right away a busy tone. And the medical staff is complaining about their work condition? I wish them to experience every day what they put the people through!

I went there yesterday after waiting in line at Brunswick medical lining up at 6:30am to be told they are only taking the first 6 patients Your turning away sick patients not right I then go to Statcare and it's no longer a walk in seriously and you can't ever get through to either clinic pls change Statcare back to what it was the system is deeply flawed your making sick patients have to go to the hospitals when we're trying to avoid them we're in a pandemic and a table is barcaded so no one can go in I swear your supposed to help patients instead you turn patients away. Then at 2 out of 3 clinics I went to there was angry clients I understood their frustration and yeah I've been going to the clinics for along time when my regular doctor isn't available I will discourage going to either not right you can't even call in for appointments or book online. The worse service pls go back to being a walk in this is b.s I shouldn't have to take my sick child to the hospital when it's not enough emergency think about it.
