My experience with Port Alberti Jeep/ Chrysler dealership has been negative from day 1.
The service to my vehicle has been a customer gouge, although at the time of purchase I paid $3500.00 for extended warranty coverage up to 120,000 k
At the time of purchase the contract stated that the interest rate for financing would not exceed 5.44% for the duration of the 84 month period. Presently, the interest rate is 9.7%. Who is in breach of contract? The dealership or the financial institution?
When I purchased the vehicle I thought it would have GPS, when I brought this to the attention of the dealership, I was informed that they could install a unit for $3,000.00, so to pacify me I was offered a Tom Tom which cost just over $50.00 ( A great customer gesture)
I was having a build up of moisture in the vehicle and the seal for the sunroof was replaced, the so called professionals did not solve the issue. I discovered the issue myself and remedied it and it was not the seal of the sunroof.
I found their service on the vehicle to be a customer gouge, to say the least.
Would I be a return customer to this dealership? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Customer be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.
