Reviews of Van Isle Ford Sales Ltd. in Port Alberni

I purchased a new vehicle in Oct 2021 from the Port Alberni dealership. I added a few extras to the purchase of the truck. They had to send the truck to Chevorlet dealership for some of the work. The manager Brett Brenneman offered to deliver the truck when completed. I received the truck a few weeks later. It had fine scratches all over the truck including the windshield, The steering wheel was loose. The manager said he would repair the vehicle. Long story short they never did. I paid a ford dealership where I live to fix the steering wheel. I forwarded my emails to the owner Will Pulford he never responded to my email.
They are very dishonest and corrupt. I highly recommend not to purchase a vehicle from the ford or chevrolet dealerships in port alberni
