My first time dealing here, when I called Lacey answered the phone I explained my situation with my Sea-Doo very knowledgable with the machine she did explain to me that they are extremely busy and very far behind as well as Dan did explain to me,he also did go out of his way to help me and explained the wait time could be weeks with no promises, all I was asking is for a mechanic to plug in my machine to see what was wrong Lacey had said no problem, bring it up to us and we will do what we can Nick One of the mechanics plugged it in and was at least able to determine what the problem was so I knew what was going on again explaining to me they are extremely busy and I would be on a waiting list. HOWEVER.. I got a phone call from Lacey within less than a week saying that my machine was ready for the weekend to enjoy, couldn’t ask for better service that they actually went out of their way to get me going for the weekend. Nick actually took the time to explain to me what the issue was and the process to fix it also Lacey took more than enough time to explain things to me as well and assist me in the yard with my machine. From now on I will definitely be a regular customer !!
