Reviews of Atmosphere Canada in Prince George

Was told by two staff today I could do an exchange, and one helped me find a different hat as the one I received as a gift which was too small for Christmas was too small. Upon a woman working there seeing the hat she said to her costaff that she would not be completing the exchange as it is "unsellable". I was picking out some other Arcteryx items to buy to add to my exchange, as I shop there frequently over the past few years. She made a disgusted face at me and walked away, and so did the male co-staff, I said I guess I will not be shopping here again if this is how I will be treated. She obviously had zero problem with this at all as she then ignored me. I am disgusted with this behaviour especially since I have bought such expensive items there in the past(multiple winter jackets Arcteryx for example, as well as camping gear). I encourage everyone whole heartedly to not shop there if this is the way they are going to run their location.

I have only ever received excellent customer service from the staff at this store. Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Kudos to them

I would like to express my dissappointment and disgust with the Atmosphere store in Prince George. I am a frequent buyer of Solomon shoes and have been waiting patiently for the BOGO event. I have been given the run around by two of their staff members which has caused me to make three unnecesary trips to their store. The female staff member was rude and condescending towards me and embarrassed me in front of my friend who was also looking at these shoes. I purchase two pairs of Solomons approximately every 6-8 months. I will not even step into this store. Horrific customer service. Shame on you.
