Not worth even 1 star. Furniture started to fray and they just snipped off threads leaving lines of backing exposed. Refused to fix it as it would need reupholstering and " that's too expensive" . Then
accused us of deliberately pulling at the snipped area as 2 days later more damage appeared. Then blamed pet and finally the jeans my husband wore! Stated he would not give us a new set,reupholster the damaged area and cancelled our warranty including an extended warranty that hadn't even started! Started looking and found reviews dating back to 2015 about the same shoddy furniture and service. Don't darken his doorway.. Once money is in his hands all concern is over, and onto the next sucker

The items delivered were damaged before it left the store and the broken pieces had been repaired with black electrician tape. They thought we would not notice. The largest item had been damaged during shipping as it was only wrapped in clear plastic. The manager refused to accept the returned merchandise. These customers have now waited 6 months for the store to take responsibility for the damaged items and deliver the prepaid items on backorder.
