The manager was horrible. I purchased a cricut maker and engraver from the Prince George store. After getting home and watching more videos I came to realize the explorer does not engrave. I went to exchange for a cricut maker a few days later. Product was still in box, never plugged in and was told return was void because I opened the envelope. So much for 60 day return policy they post on receipts. The manager was very arrogant.
I will never return to michaels again. I purchased correct product from the cricut.company.
Future advice for Michaels. Post correct return policies with products at store level.
