I had a horrible experience at michals. Buyers beware as not all things are returnable. I purchased a cricut. Brought it home and realized the one I purchased did not engrave. Went exchange it for a cricut maker two days later and found out that they would not return. I hadn’t even taken it out of the box or plugged it in. I opened the envelope inside and that voids return although they don’t post that in store. Manager at the store was very arrogant. I will never return to michaels again. I purchased the right one directly from the company.
Future thoughts for the company. Post the real and true return policies with your products at store level
