Carl is beyond professional. The best, friendliest, and most motivated repair technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He and his crew are talented, capable, and have a tremendous passion and can-do attitude for repairing any appliance under the sun. They treat their customers like gold, and I would recommend Carl and anyone else from Southern Hills to anyone looking to have a problem solved. Not just patched or repaired. SOLVED!!!

Carl was so incredibly helpful, professional and flexible. As a property owner who lives out of town, he served as a proxy-property manager to diagnose the issues with our washing machine, facilitate a new machine order and delivery, and went in afterwards to ensure it was setup properly and working. This was above and beyond his job description and I am so very appreciative. He gave me timely updates and was very fair in charging for his time (probably should have charged more!). I will absolutely use their services again in the future and highly recommend in the meantime. Thanks Carl!
