Our sales person was amazing. The quality of product and customer care is terrible. Our sofa and chair and a half had bunched up foam under the fabric within 2 months. They sent techs out 3 separate times to fix it as per our warranty. The techs even said it would continue bunching up, the foam needed to be replaced, but they would glue it instead. Many calls were ignored or not returned while trying to communicate the issues. When I pushed to have it replaced after being “fixed” so often they came back and said it was simply the fabric and wasn’t under warranty.
