As mother of the bride, I was absolutely devastated with the alterations when I picked up my dress from the bridal salon in Ontario a week prior to my daughter's wedding in Alberta. My daughter phoned Classic Cleaners and Tailors in Red Deer immediately as they completed alterations for her, her fiancé, and bride's maids, with no issues whatsoever.

I met with Lynn October 4th and on October 5, 2022, all alterations were completed. Lynn was friendly, understanding, and her focus was making certain she completed the
alterations to my satisfaction. I was a 150% happy, and my experience with her was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Thank- you Lynn for putting a smile back on my face, making my day; not to mention making my daughter and husband very happy!

Once again, thank you so much for your excellent work - greatly appreciated.
