ETR & its people broke my trust. They gave me a verbal quote and then a written quote for the repairs I needed done and then in the end they charged me much more. There was a break-down in communication and I found out after the work was done that I would be paying about 80% more than originally quoted. In my experience, their quotes aren’t worth anything. If I had known from the beginning that it was going to be so expensive then I would have said no, and I would have done the work myself. They knew that I was walking away as an angry and dissatisfied customer and they did nothing to honour their commitments and work with me to lessen the impact of their unilateral decision to ignore their quotes. In summation, they were slow, they over-charged, and they did not complete the work that we had agreed upon to do. I trusted ETR and the people there to be of integrity and they failed in that respect with me. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never go there again.
