THEIR SO-CALLED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS A SHAM!

I had defective paint on my vehicle (Factory Ford Paint Issue), and used them to paint the roof. Having done my research, I knew the paint would peel UNLESS sanded to the metal. They painted it, and had to repaint it again BECAUSE of the sloppy job they did when the clear coat started to peel. However they didn't argue very hard.

I am having issues now with the paint bubbling. HOWEVER, what I have received is excuses from Dave backed up by the manager Joy (there’s no joy in dealing with her). In other words, they have refused to fix my paint on warranty. This vehicle is near mint and meticulously cared for. I was outright told by Dave, "We will not cover it." DON'T ASSUME FIX AUTO WILL FIX YOUR PAINT ON WARRANTY, EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD YOU IT'S WARRANTIED FOR LIFE. It’s a sham! Do yourself a favour. Go to a reputable body shop that will stand behind EVERYTHING THEY DO like Scott's 180. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! This shop has ZERO integrity—none!
