Failure to deliver contracted bin costs seniors 900. Good day, Todays date April 1 2021, I run a small buisness doing yard cleanup and reclumation, I booked a 20 yard bin 1 week+ ago, I have my clients book (in this case a senior couple,) To see what type of buisness im dealing with, Because i had a confirmed booking, and confirmed again the previous night of delivery, this was the second time confirm for a 20 yard bin to the contracted address. I as a buisness owner i have brought in 2 people at $25 a hr each unable to work and yet charging me under contract a hrly, Yes they where here but with a 6 yard bin insisting that i take it. I spoke with the dispatch and gave him a one hr rework his schudual to give my clients a answer within a hr as to what way we could should go as to book another bin, dispatch confirmed and was agreeable. No answer was returned within the hr. I am now out as a small buisness now 2 days wages at $50 hr at 8hrs. each and room too. im now out as a small buisness because of thire failure to keep up thire end of a contracted bin. I as a small buisness that is now out and there for my senior clients are out a amount of $300 a day and clinbing till i can get a new bin replacement.
1 week out booking 20 yard bin.
previous night confirm 20 yard bin.
they show up with 6 yard bin.
i give then a hr to rework and a call back either way to let me know what way to go. when i contacted number back thru my clients at 8pm he blamed me. he blamed the laws for truckers and time, (only applies if your outside 200km radius and the trucker was out of time, i personly hold a class one licence myself and know this to be bullshit) he denied and deflected and blamed sales.
tldr.
company failed to hold up a week + out booking
company has cost senior couple $300 and counting.
NO CALL BACK.
FAILURE TO DELIVER CONTRACTED GOODS.
As a small biz owner and the seniors I serve. I say thank you for your failure and costing a limited income couple hard earned savings.
I do truley recomend this buisness if you do want to get screwed over like the seniors this company just did.

At 14:10 i called back, was ended up being yelled and cussed at and threated with harasment. And this from dispatch. If they treat seniors this way, how will they treat you?
And yes DISPATCH DID TRY TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT WITH THE RCMP. They me Called today at 15:05.
They cancel, you complain, you try to reach managment, dispatch calls the cops and tries to level harasment charges
