Bought a $50k used vehicle and within the hour discovered that the middle counsel charger doesn't work. I messaged the salesman right away to tell him, he gets back to me to say he will look into it. The next day i had to text him at 430pm to see what he found out, only to have him tell me that the Manager said "if it was there he would look at it". I live 4 hours away so getting the vehicle there isn't easy while I'm on shift working. I asked if having a dealership look at it where i live is possible and to have it fixed cause it was not disclosed to me that this doesn't work. I would like to have this rectified but doesn't seem like the Salesman or Manager want to do anything now that they got my money. I've now had the vehicle 24 hours and went from extremely happy to disappointed to know they just wanted my money.
