We had a huge leak coming from the pipes below our sink flooding into our downstairs neighbor's apartment. We weren't able to run the sink without water gushing down the side of our house. Kipan came out the same day and fixed it, replacing a pipe which was rusted out completely. What makes this 5 star service for me is that after he was done, he took the time to reinforce our makeshift gate which he accessed to fix the leak, to help keep our dog from escaping onto the street. Thanks for going above and beyond and keeping our dog safe and our neighbors out of the water!!
