My nails turned out so beautiful! They paid attention to the small details in the reference photo and awesome service as always when I’m here!

I have been here a few times and has always had a good experience but not this last time. It took her 15 minutes to get started because she kept answering her phone. Then she and stylist next to her talked constantly -at times forgetting her job. When she put the lights on my feet she said it would be 15 minutes. Then a group of 3 came in and in order for them to sit together, a different girl came and told me I was done and flipped up the chair arm. I told her that it hadn’t even been 5 minutes and other lady said 15. She very rudely said that I couldn’t wait here when I was done. Long story short they both apologized repeatedly but it sure made a negative experience for taking my granddaughter to her first pedicure.
