I was very impressed with the sales associate, Raouf, who did not hesitate to help me where others tried and failed in removing a sim card jammed so tightly it seemed to be an impossible task but Raouf had patience and persevered until he removed the card. He is very pleasant, personable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help where help was needed. Raouf is a definite asset to Can West Cellular and I hope he has a long and successful career with them. He deserves to be recognized for the person he is and also for the Company he represents.
