Hello Regina, I would like to share my valuable experience with The Core Connection -Pilates Studio. I suffered with Disk Herniation L4 and 5 in 4 months ago and based on the spin clinic recommendation, I had to strengthen my core to reduce pressure on my spine. I signed up for 5 private classes in 5 weeks with an expert instructor who is the owner of this studio. She assisted me physically and emotionally with so many great techniques and sport equipment to recover my constant pain in my feet, ankles, upper legs and back.
Also she educated me by sending the Pdf files on how to continue exercise at home as well. I purchased a few precious melt products by her recommendation to keep the exercise at home in the proper way as well.
I feel great, happy, confident and strong after my 5 classes so thought this review may help you too if you have the same issue as me.
