Reviews of Dan's Wood Floors in Regina

Terrible customer service. Said they would begin between 8-9 and showed up after 10AM every day. Took long lunch breaks and one day they just didn't show up. I had to get ahold of Dan to find out they were taking the day off. They also said they would tear out the rugs and nails for us. Then went back on their word when it came time to do the job. Dan left us some tools to help do the job then came back two days later to start on the floors. Communication with Dan throughout the whole process was terrible. In the end, the floors look alright but aren't worth the cost. I think if we ever have to do this again, we will do it ourselves. I do not recommend Dan if you are looking to hire out.
