I understand people get upset with Kodiak on trying to get everyone's complaints taken care of, but behind doors there just isn't enough people wanting to work and they have hundreds of properties to take care of, each complaint goes in order as it comes.
As a trade that does work for Kodiak, and deals with Aimee, she is always on the ball and gets back with answers to my questions as soon as possible, I think Kodiak is an excellent property management company and would recommend anyone to go through them!!!!
