The true measure of a company's customer service is not when things go great, but when there are challenges with the job. There were numerous challenges with our sunroom installation and Regina Windows & Exteriors failed miserably at every turn.

Was told it would take 4 days when the build started...it actually took 18 days of work, over 31 total days from start to finish. I was left with walls but no roof for 9 days while the crew went on vacation (which I wasn't even told about - I had to phone to find out why no one was onsite) and it rained 5 of those days. I had to deal with the rain water that collected inside the room and on 1 occasion leaked into the house myself. Some of the panels that were installed are dented, and I had to insist that crooked windows be straightened prior to the roof going on otherwise they would have been permanently crooked and would have never sealed.

In the 31 days the company was onsite the only time I was contacted where I didn't initiate the conversation first was at the end of the build when it was time to pay the invoice - shows you what they are most concerned about. Incredibly poor customer service and even worse communication. One of the most frustrating and stressful construction experiences I've ever had.
