This company does not deserve even one star but can't submit review with none. I bought a 31S battery in April 2021 with an 18 month free replacement warranty. Kept in inside storage until Feb.5 2022. Removed factory stud seals and put a on smart charger overnight on slow chrg. It maxed-out at 13.8/14.3 V but only 90% so I tested it on a Solar state-of-the-art Continuity Tester: FAIL Took it in where they used a load-tester (which is only as good as the operator) and said it was fine, and would not honour warranty. I asked to speak to mgr--I was told 'goodbye". I asked for mgr's name--tokd 'goodbye'. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their batteries are no-name and are only in Regina so good luck going higher-up. I have been a partsman in Continental Engine and Auto Electric as well ss a diesel tech in Saskatoon and I have never encountered such appalling treatment.
